1. 30-Day Refund Period

Our consulting services are one-time services and are not subscription or auto-renewal services.

Customers will not automatically incur subsequent payment obligations due to the purchase of a single consulting service.

3. Refund Eligibility

Within the 30-day refund period, we will review refund requests based on the specific project status.

If the relevant consulting services have not yet substantially commenced, a refund can usually be requested.

If the services have commenced, we may assess refund eligibility based on completed work, delivered consulting results, and applicable laws.

For completed and delivered customized consulting services, refund eligibility will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Services Already Started

Since our services are professional consulting services provided based on client project needs, the following may have already occurred after the services commenced:

Project analysis; Equipment selection research; Cost comparison; Leasing option analysis; Risk assessment; Logistics planning; Report preparation; Professional staff working hours.

Therefore, a refund request submitted within the 30-day period does not automatically guarantee a full refund for all consulting services already commenced.

We will conduct a reasonable review based on the actual completion status and applicable laws, and inform the client of the refund amount where applicable.

5. Statutory Rights

This refund policy does not restrict or exclude any non-excludeable statutory rights enjoyed by customers under applicable law.

If applicable law requires refunds, cancellation rights, remedies, or other consumer/customer rights in specific circumstances, this policy is not intended to exclude such rights.

7. Third-Party Fees

We do not exclude customers’ legally entitled refund rights through these terms.

9. Consultation Materials
