We are a provider of equipment rental consulting and technical advisory services, not a traditional equipment rental operator.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, we do not directly sell, rent, transport, or supply physical equipment.
- One-Time Services
The consulting services provided by RJ MC CARNEY HIRE LTD are all one-time services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The service is not an automatically renewing service;
It does not constitute a subscription service;
Subscription orders will not be automatically generated;
Each consulting project is executed according to a separately confirmed scope of service;
Continuous consulting services will not be automatically provided after a service is completed.
If a client requires new project consultation, a new consultation request should be submitted and processed according to the previously confirmed scope of services and fees.
- Scope of Services
The specific consultation service content is based on the information submitted by the client and the project scope confirmed by both parties.
Consultation deliverables may include:
Lease specification sheet;
Equipment type and specification recommendations;
Cost comparison model;
Lease term analysis;
Risk assessment statement;
Equipment logistics planning;
On-site deployment recommendations;
Project consultation report;
Other electronic consultation materials confirmed in writing by both parties.
If the client requests additional work beyond the original scope of services, RJ MC CARNEY HIRE LTD can provide an additional quote based on the increased workload.
Any additional work not confirmed by both parties will not be considered part of the original scope of services.
- Online Service Delivery
All consultation services are provided online in principle.
Delivery tools may include:
Email;
Online meetings;
Video conferencing;
Telephone;
Secure electronic file sharing;
PDF, Word, Excel, or other electronic file formats.
Service deliverables are considered complete upon delivery to the client’s designated email address or upload to an online system accessible to the client.
- Payment Terms
The fees, payment methods, and payment schedules for all services will be clearly stated in the client’s consultation request or service confirmation document.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties:
Service fees shall be paid according to the confirmed payment requirements;
We will only begin providing the corresponding consultation services after payment is received;
The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of payment information;
Bank fees, payment platform fees, or other related fees, if applicable, may be borne by the client;
For projects where payment has not been received, we may suspend services or postpone delivery of the final consultation deliverables.
If a third-party payment service provider handles the payment, the transaction may also be subject to the terms and conditions of that payment service provider.
- No Refund Policy
All consultation services are one-time services. Once the service is confirmed and provided, refunds are generally not supported.
Because our consulting services are professional and customized services based on the client’s project needs, once project analysis, equipment research, cost comparison, report preparation, or other consulting work begins, irreversible time and professional resources may have already been invested.
Therefore:
Confirmed consulting services cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the client with a refund request;
Services already underway are non-refundable;
Completed or delivered consulting deliverables are non-refundable;
Failure to read, download, or use completed consulting deliverables by the client does not constitute a reason for a refund;
Changes to project plans, equipment requirements, or no longer needing the consulting services by the client generally do not constitute a reason for a refund.
However, the “no refund” policy in these terms does not exclude or limit any non-excluded legal rights granted to consumers or business clients under applicable law, nor does it exclude situations where a refund, remedy, or other relief is required by law.

If a customer has a dispute regarding the service, payment, or these terms, both parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation.
The recommended dispute resolution process is as follows:
Phase 1: Direct Communication
The customer should first contact us via email, explaining the disputed matters and relevant project information.
Phase 2: Management Review
If the dispute cannot be resolved through initial communication, both parties may conduct further internal review and negotiation.
Phase 3: Mediation
If both parties agree, they may seek independent third-party mediation to attempt to resolve the dispute before formal litigation.
Phase 4: Court Proceedings
If the dispute still cannot be resolved, either party may seek relief from a competent court or other legal dispute resolution institution in accordance with applicable law.
Where applicable law permits, both parties should give each other a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.
15. Governing Law

Without violating any applicable mandatory law, any dispute relating to these Terms shall be settled by the courts of Northern Ireland with appropriate jurisdiction.

- Entire Agreement
For a specific consulting project, these Terms, together with the scope of services, pricing, project confirmation documents, and other applicable agreements confirmed in writing by both parties, constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding that service.
In the event of any conflict between the written agreement for a specific project and the general terms of this website, the written agreement explicitly confirmed by both parties for that specific project shall prevail.
