This process applies to customers who learn about, inquire about, purchase, and use WIGHT GARDENING SERVICES LTD garden maintenance services.
- Browse Services
Customers can view the available garden maintenance services on the WIGHT GARDENING SERVICES LTD website and select the appropriate service based on their needs.
Services may include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, plant trimming, weed control, seasonal garden maintenance, and general outdoor maintenance.
- Submit a Service Request
After selecting a service, customers can submit relevant service information using the methods provided on the website.
To facilitate confirmation of the service scope, customers may need to provide:
Name and contact information
Service address
General condition of the garden
Required maintenance items
Desired service time
Other information related to on-site service
Customers should ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
- Service Confirmation
Upon receiving the information submitted by the customer, we will confirm the service request based on the actual situation.
Before formal service confirmation, we may need to further understand the garden area, site conditions, scope of work, and other relevant circumstances. After both parties confirm the service content, service arrangements, and applicable fees, the customer can place an order and make payment according to the payment method confirmed on the website or by both parties.
Submitting an inquiry or service request does not constitute formal service confirmation.
- Ordering and Payment
The customer completes the order and makes payment according to the confirmed service content.
For one-time services, payment corresponds to one confirmed garden maintenance service and will not automatically generate subsequent services or periodic payments.
If the customer requires long-term or regular maintenance, they can further confirm subsequent service arrangements with us based on actual needs.
- Service Appointment
After order and service arrangements are confirmed, we will confirm a suitable on-site service time with the customer.
The customer should ensure that they can reasonably enter the service location within the agreed time and inform us in advance of any site conditions that may affect the work.
If the customer needs to adjust the appointment time, they must contact us 48 hours in advance.
- On-site Service
Within the confirmed date and time frame, service personnel will travel to the service address provided by the customer.
Upon arrival, we will perform the corresponding garden maintenance work according to the confirmed service scope. The estimated service time is within 1 business day. For large or complex service areas, 2-3 business days may be required.
The actual work content is subject to the order and the service scope confirmed by both parties.
- On-site Situation and Service Scope
If, upon arrival, we find a significant discrepancy between the actual situation and the information provided by the customer, or if additional work not included in the original service scope is required, we may need to further confirm with the customer.
Without customer confirmation, we will not treat any additional work significantly exceeding the original agreement as part of the original service content.
If the customer needs to add service items, the service content and related costs may need to be reconfirmed.
- Service Delivery
The service is considered complete once the agreed garden maintenance work is completed according to the confirmed service scope.
For one-time services, the next service will not be automatically scheduled after completion.
If the customer wishes to continue using the service, they can submit a service request again or contact us to arrange subsequent services.
- Customer Cooperation
The customer should ensure that service personnel have reasonable access to the agreed garden or outdoor service area.
Customers should also inform the service provider in advance of any known site restrictions, special circumstances, or other information that may affect normal service.
If access to the service location or the agreed-upon work cannot be carried out due to customer reasons, service may need to be rescheduled.
