    Customers can cancel confirmed services using the contact information provided by WIGHT GARDENING SERVICES LTD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To facilitate our processing of cancellation requests, customers should provide their name, service address, and relevant appointment or order information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the service has not yet started, we will process the cancellation request based on the specific service schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the service has already started, the completed portion of the service is generally not refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If a customer does not notify us in advance, or cancels after the service personnel have already arrived at the agreed location, we may not be able to refund the associated service costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Cancellation Due to Customer Reasons<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        If the service cannot be performed due to the customer’s inability to provide access to the service location, inaccurate information, inability to cooperate with service arrangements, or other customer-related reasons, we may need to reschedule the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If reasonable service costs have already been incurred, this portion of the fee may not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If the confirmed service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to WIGHT GARDENING SERVICES LTD, we will communicate with the customer to reschedule the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a refund for the undelivered portion of the service, depending on applicable circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Refunds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Amounts eligible for a refund will typically be returned to the original payment method used by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Services already performed, and related fees that do not qualify for a refund under this policy, are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Refunds typically arrive within 3-5 business days, but processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment institution, or other payment processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              For one-time purchases of garden maintenance services, payment corresponds to only one confirmed service in the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              If a one-off service has not yet commenced, the customer may apply for cancellation in accordance with this policy. Completed portions of the service are not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              No follow-up services or recurring payments will automatically be generated upon completion of a one-off service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
